Refunds issued in strict compliance with our cancellation policy. 

PREPAYMENT

Prepayment for services required at time of booking.

Zelle is our preferred method of payment for securing reservations. A Zelle payment request will be sent shortly after your booking submission. Timely payment is appreciated and ensures your requested appointment is confirmed.

If Zelle is not available to you, kindly contact us via phone or text at (206) 414-9283 to arrange an alternative payment method.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE

48 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. If the appointment is canceled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, or if the appointment is missed, the full appointment fee will be charged.

EARLY ARRIVAL

To preserve the integrity of our private/semi private client experience, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are running late, please call/text (206) 414-9283. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened treatment time or cancelling your appointment. Late arrivals and canceled appointments will be charged the full cost for the services originally booked.

GUESTS

As a semi-private personal services studio, space is limited. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests at this time unless prearranged with our studio.
